2. Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By creating an account, you agree to use the platform responsibly and legally. Misuse of our services—including attempting to interfere with the platform or assisting others in doing so—may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Our services are offered through monthly subscription plans. Charges are processed based on the plan selected at signup. All payments are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. If you wish to discontinue your subscription, you may cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and ensuring that all information you provide to us is accurate and up to date. Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform features, content, tools, and branding are the intellectual property of AdaptFlo.io. You are not permitted to duplicate, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of our service without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
AdaptFlo.io is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our services. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us within the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if it is found to be in violation of these Terms or involved in harmful, fraudulent, or illegal activities.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, along with applicable federal laws of Canada. Any legal disputes will be handled under this jurisdiction.
